Blog quizzes

I've been doing some surfing this morning (as is my routine on my days off - after the kids get on the bus, I spend about and hour [okay - who am I kidding, closer to 2 hours!] on the computer before I start the rest of my day) checking out some other blogs I've come across recently, and I came across this little quiz. It was called "What city do you belong in?" I thought it might be fun, so I took the quiz. Here are my results:

You Belong in New York City
You're the energetic, ambitious type. And only NYC is fast enough for you.Maybe you'll set yourself up with a killer careerOr simply take in all the city has to offer.

Some days, I'm not so sure about the "energetic, ambitious" part, but I'm not surprised that I belong in New York City. I've often told Ray that if I could see myself living in New York. Not with kids, mind you, but if I were just starting out on my own, I think I'd really like it there (this spoken by a person who lives in the booming metropolis of Lavenham!!!)

So I thought the quiz was kind of fun, and there were some other interesting ones on the blogthings site, so I took a few more. Here's how it went:

What decade diva am I? (any guesses?)
You are a 1970s Diva
Bell bottoms, platform shoes, wide belts, and tons of polyester. You've got a bit of that hippie vibe going on, but you're hip enough to pull it off!

How messy are you? (Okay, I may have fudged this one a bit, those of you who REALLY know me might think this one's a bit off)
You Are a Little Messy
You aren't the cleanest person in the world, but you're definitely not a slob. You clean up when you have the time, but you're realistic about what you can get done.Generally, you're pretty organized and tidy - though you may have a few hidden messes. You eventually get around to making things spotless, but you do it on your own schedule!

Okay, that's enough for today!!!
Gotta get off the computer and get some work done. I was all set to do some stamping last night, but I'm in the middle of organizing my pictures, so started to work on that instead. My pictures are mostly organized already, but when I need some for a specific purpose or project, I have a bad habit of pulling out a stack and not putting it back right away. Plus I want to pull out all the left overs from scrapbook pages I've already done and store the extras in a seperate area. Got started last night, but didn't quite get finished, so that's first on my list for today. Then I need to get ready for our Kindergarten field trip to the post office tomorrow and our Valentine party on Thursday. If I get all of that accomplished, my kitchen and living room could use some attention after being basically ignored last week!

Hope you all have a great week.
